    We are searching for a certified and qualified Corporate Trainer to help our employees improve their skills and knowledge. Your role as the Corporate Trainer is to collaborate with upper management to prepare and conduct informative training sessions.   • Assistant Manager

    We are on the hunt for a new Assistant Manager to join our team at GRIND Management. Your job will include hiring and training other team members. You will also help ensure that the team follows and adheres to company policies, solve client grievances, lead the team, and organize the team schedule. The Assistant Manager will have to assist and oversee the Account Management team and train staff to deal with clients efficiently. Your other duties include being part of weekly sales and wage targets. To an ideal fit for this role, you should know how to resolve clients' complaints without escalating or losing a client.
